Nexgen Academy is a small innovative independent school, specifically set up to meet the needs of children with additional educational needs.
We were invited to work with the school over a 7 week programme, collaborating closely with pupils to design and create a mural for their outdoor space. Through a series of structured, hands-on sessions, students explored ideas, developed artwork, and contributed directly to the final mural — giving them a sense of ownership, confidence, and pride in their environment.
